Shays’s rebellion in western massachusetts showed that the national government needed additional powers to address some urgent issues. which issues were they?

The main issues that Shay's Rebellion pointed out involved the "weakness" and inefficiency of the national government in putting down the rebellion. It was clear that the states had far more power than they should over the central government, which led to the ratification of the Constitution.
