The answer is the affective component of attitude. Attitude has three components, this is found in ABC model of attitudes: A for affective, B for behavioral, and C for cognitive. The affective component is the emotional reaction one has on an attitude object. For instance in Virginia's case, she feels much more relaxed and stress free when she thinks about exercising.
