The document serves as a guide for employees to live in a favorable, friendly and productive environment and also for the company to grow in a healthy way.

Personal ethics corresponds to a person's values, way of thinking and acting in relation to work, life, the world and the people around him as well. These precepts are the basis of your actions, your behaviors, as they guide your attitudes in all circumstances. Therefore, we can say that when we have good values, our personal ethics ends up being a positive mirror of who we are. On the other hand, these are somewhat objectionable, our ethics follow the same line, and what we might call the most correct.
