As now a days the President functional area is like a chief executive of the state having some limited constitutional powers, along with the general authorities and work with judges to veto a laws and bills.As James Wilson wanted a more simple, constitutional, and judicial way to elect the president of the United states.Modern president can not just fire or appoint any person, or make any changes to pass a law but have to go through a long process presented by the constitution.Along with that the frame work gives a lot of limitless powers to the chief in command but they were limited later, in order to avoid power abuse.
