1. Researchers have discovered the gene that causes migraines. This gene called TRESK is believed to control the sensitivity of pain nerves In the brain. If this gene is faulty, the pain threshold of nerves is lowered. You have developed a drug called Imatresk you believe will shut
off this gene and relieve the pain of migraine sufferers. You tested the drug on the four people below after successful animal trials. After
one treatment, Susie no longer suffers from migraines. Bill's and Fred's migraines have decreased in intensity but they still get them. One
more dose of Imatresk should stop the migraines. Jenny still suffers intense migraines with no relief. You decide to send a sample of
each patient's blood out for DNA sequencing. If you can analyze the sequence for the TRESK gene, the segment of DNA that controls
nerve pain in the brain, perhaps you can find a clue that may explain the varied response to the migraine drug.

Analyze the DNA sequences above and complete the following:
1. Determine which base pair numbers that SNPs/differences in the DNA between the patients occur.
2. List the SNP Profile (the nucleotides) for each patient in the study. .
3. Explain WHY Jenny does not respond to Imatresk.
