Chadwick and Angela are getting married and are pricing out events for the reception. They have at most $8,000 to spend on the reception which includes meal package, DJ, and the rental fee. The reception hall requires a flat fee of $600 to reserve the space and the DJ charges $200 per hour for entertainment.

The meal package they choose is $75 per person. Let "x" represent the number of hours for the DJ and "y" represent the number of people (meal packages).
