I would rather not replace the bill before my second draw.

P(100 on the second draw) = 1/50  

If we do not replace the bill there are only 49 bills in the bag

P(100 on second draw  with no replacement) =1/49

There are fewer bills in the bag if we do not replace the bill so there is a better chance of getting the 100 dollar bill  than if we replace the one dollar bill.
