  9! / (3! * 3! * 3!) = 9 * 8 * 7 * 6 * 5 * 4 * 3 * 2 * 1 / (6 * 6 * 6)

= (9 * 8 * 7  * 5 * 4 * 1)  / 6 = 8 * 7 * 5 * 6 = 1680
