Late one night, Dora climbed over her next-door-neighbor's fence to get a look at a new deck that the neighbor had recently built. The neighbor was away on vacation and was unaware that Dora was on his property. After climbing over the neighbor's fence, Dora tripped and fell on some leftover lumber in the walkway that the neighbor's builder had left there after building the deck. Dora broke her ankle and filed a negligence claim against the neighbor seeking damages. Does Dora have a valid claim for negligence against her neighbor
