Throughout much of the twentieth century, the United States directly and indirectly battled authoritarian governments, including dictatorships

advantage of political, economic, or social problems facing their countries. For this task, you will research and analyze the rise of two twentieth-
century authoritarian governments: Nazi Germany and the Cambodian Khmer Rouge.
