What is the best paragraph for my essay Prompt: Which had the better citizenship structure, Athens or the Roman republic?

1.)In Rome, if your parents were citizens of Rome, you were a citizen at birth. That was made easy for the Romans. However, in Athens, everyone worked just as hard to become a citizen or be part of the government. Rich and poor, healthy or sick people had to climb their way up to the top the same way as everyone else. It wasn’t whoever was the richest could be a citizen or part of the Roman senate. In Athens, everyone was equal.
2.)People were able to choose who was going to have power over them. It wasn’t if you or your family member were the richest in the land you would automatically become part of the senate, like how they did in Rome.
3.)Since people had to become educated to become a citizen in Athens, all citizens are aware of all the academic activities that involve benefits of the government. When they decided on something, it was more likely that Athens made a smart decision rather than the Romans that obtained their spot because of a family inheritance.
