The answer is letter C. Farmers. The Second Industrial Revolution had not been easy for the agricultural sector despite the advancement in the machinery. During that time many farmers have migrated towards urban centers due to promises of a better job and higher wages. The ones left in the agricultural areas are farmers that are already old, because of this the decline on the food and agricultural supply occurred.
