How did the civil war the cause of women's suffrage?

it showed that while women worked hard, they could not do work as well as men.
so many men died in battle, there were not enough available to fill different jobs.
women were able to prove they could do many things to outside the home.
it made everyone realize that women needed to have the right to vote immediately.
