Hajj is a mandatory religious duty for Muslims that must be carried out at least once in their lifetime by all adult Muslims (but who are physically and financially capable of undertaking the journey, and of supporting their family during their absence from home)As for option B, i.e., Sharia, which constitutes a broad set of rules that guide Muslims on how to lead an ethical life.
I'd like to correct one myth which people often believe, i.e, Sharia in Arabic means “the way,” and does not refer to a body of law. Sharia is more accurately understood as referring to wide-ranging moral and broad ethical principles drawn from the Quran and the practices and sayings (hadith) of Prophet Muhammad. It is the result of human intellectual activity and is therefore, by definition, fallible and changeable.
Option C, is optional, i.e., it is a woman's choice and no one can force her to adopt it. Islam however, encourages modest dressing (note that it's for BOTH men and women!)Option D! Jihad actually means a struggle for self-reformation, education, and protection of universal religious freedom. However, many people misinterpret its meaning (it is most frequently associated with war, i. e., armed struggle against "unbelievers", but it is not so!)
"Jihad" is a loaded term—and a concept that illustrates a deep gulf of miscommunication between Islam and the West.
The defensive theory of jihad has a clear basis in the Qur'an. On this theory, the use of force is allowed only in self-defence (if the life and existence of the Muslim Community is in danger); defending Muslims who are oppressed but unable to defend themselves; and using force to prevent a humanitarian catastrophe.
The term has gained additional attention in recent decades through its use by various insurgent Islamic extremist, militant Islamist, and terrorist individuals and organizations whose ideology is based on the "misinterpreted notion" of jihad.
