Brian Goldman is an emergency room physician that has worked more than 20 years in Mount Sinai Hospital. Goldman criticizes that denial in hospital is prevailing yet if the people making these mistakes are driven by the system,system will then become safe.According to him every doctor makes mistakes but medicine's culture of denial is the one that keeps the doctors from talking as well as learning about those mistakes.
