Coping Poster During times of stress it is difficult to remember what the healthy coping styles are. For your assignment this week you will create a poster you can hang in your room to help you remember. Your poster should be personalized to you. Your poster can be created in a word-processing or desktop publishing document. Before creating your poster, think about your current coping techniques. What is your mostly commonly used unhealthy coping style? Rank the healthy coping styles based on your personal preference for coping.

Your poster should include the following information:

A descriptive title and creative design (5 pts)
All the healthy coping styles in the order of your personal ranking (4 pts)
Ways that you personally like to reduce tension (i. e. Do you prefer to go for a run, listen to music, read a book, or something else?) (4 pts)
Who you could use as a social support system (4 pts)
A photo or quote that inspires you to think positively (4 pts)
A reminder about what unhealthy coping style you personally need to avoid (4 pts)
