There is no best brand. Depending on your needs and preferences there are many different brands that may work for you. It is important to understand that many common brands use chemicals to mask smells and soak things in (and these chemicals are what you are putting in your body). There are some natural brands that work quite well, in my opinion. You also have to make sure you have the right size, as well. I like the brand L., which is a natural one.
