Fenisha (age 37) and her husband (age 41) have been married about 10 years. During the last two years Fenisha has been trying to get pregnant and start a family. Fenisha works full time as 911 dispatch operator and smokes. She has complained to her doctor that she is under a lot of stress. Her husband works full time as a waiter in an all-night diner. His doctor is concerned about the amount of caffeine he drinks and that he's not getting enough sleep. 1. List and describe at least 2 reasons why Fenisha & her husband are having difficulty conceiving. Remember to consider the husband's (mens) role in conception, too.

2. What are some general reasons why a woman, like Fenisha, might not be able to get pregnant?
