Could i send this ~Why YOU Should Be a Vegan~

Eating meat these days is shutting down the human body making most people have health problems such as, colon cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer, lymphoma, and stomach cancer. Most of these are cancers but why? Most of the chemicals they use on the animal before they kill them are very, very, very dangerous. So why use these deadly injections on the animal? “Companies say the process, called enhancement or deep marination, helps shoppers by flavoring the meat so they don't have to. ... It has been done to turkeys and hams for years, and to other meats since 2000.” Over 20 years, people die every day due to meat consumption, But what about fish? Fish is higher in omega-3s, You could be a pescatarian who is a Vegan that only eats fish. Could you out live a 200K runner, well maybe just make sure you have vegetables and fruit with that fish. Some research has linked vegan diets with lower blood pressure and cholesterol, and lower rates of heart disease. So if you have high blood pressure go VEGAN!!!
Most people think becoming a vegan is a sin or is a discretion to society to become vegan b/c they think “God gave us animals to eat animals so why just eat plants.” Well, to keep us humans alive longer, well you may be thinking what about animal population would it not go out of control, well actually no scientist has proven or found facts to support this. Yes we humans love us some good meat, but we should limit our diet of meat intake if you don't think you can go FULL vegan at least limit to eating meat 2 or 3 times a week and that's all. (B/c we all need some good, nice LongHorn every once in a while) No I'm not vegan nor am I planning on turning vegan but I am at least going to limit my meat eating habits for my health, for my family and friends (So I can live longer), and for the vegan people.
Meat is killing you slowly, not always painful but it is killing you. So make sure you think about what you eat first.
“In general, red meats (beef, pork and lamb) have more saturated (bad) fat than chicken, fish and vegetable proteins such as beans. Saturated and trans fats can raise your blood cholesterol and make heart disease worse. The unsaturated fats in fish, such as salmon, actually have health benefits.”
