Explain the importance of social, emotional, and physical health throughout your life

The importance of social health in my life is that it has helped me create strong relationships with other people in my life. When I have a good social health, I am able to meet new people and do new things. For Physical health, it makes my body strong and fit. I am feeling good about my body when I am physically fit through numerous forms of exercise. When I have friends and when I feel like I look good because of my physical health, it also benefits my emotional health. When I am emotionally healthy, being happy, it makes the people around me also happy. One type of health leads to another and they all lead to overall wellness!
