This energy allows you to dissociate water into oxygen and hydrogen molecules, which combine with carbon dioxide from the atmosphere to form a glycated compound. This process constitutes photosynthesis.

A plant also requires a certain amount of heat. Some will survive a slight frost, while others will suffer if the temperature is below 21º. Each species has an ideal degree of heat for its development - below which it will simply vegetate and not thrive. This temperature will be different according to the period of rest or growth.

Water is life, it translates life, it generates life. Any living thing needs water to survive, develop and reproduce. Vegetables are beings that have about 80% of their weight of water. It is an integral part of cells and enters all processes of animal and plant metabolism. Excess water leads to rot and lack of dryness of every vegetable.

 The soil is formed as a result of the fragmentation and chemical alteration of rocks, and the subsequent establishment of microorganisms that colonize minerals, releasing the nutrients they need to grow and enabling the growth of small plants as well. Depending on the composition of the source rock material and the action exerted by the climate and by the organisms on this material, soils with different characteristics are formed: some are more fertile (more rich in nutrients) others more poor in nutrients.
