When the body goes under stress, the physiological changes occur through a 3 step process, that are:-

1) The alarm stage(the flight or flee stage ):-

The organism either confronts or flee the stimuli.

2. The resistance stage :-

The body tries to adapt to the situation in hand.

3. Exhaustion stage:-

The body has no longer any energy and it started to recovery itself if the threat is gone

you may having too much sleep.. a good night sleep consists of about 7 hours. more than that could be the reason you're still tired throughout the day.
