Hh when I'm super stressed with something why do I still refuse to get help and when someone is helping me I'm annoyed kind of. (Only annoyed if they keep talking :I )

I am merely assuming- but I’m guess this is fake but if it’s for real, then you refuse help because of a pride or ego thing or you suspect people may not understand and will misinterpret what you have said- and when they try and help they have the wrong idea of the problem and you feel a bit offended and in return the offended-ness turns into annoyance

It is very important to stay hydrated. your body needs it for may things for cells, tissues, your organs and etc. water also with your temperature that way you don’t get a headache etc. i bet if you look it up there will be a lot of things you can learn.
