How does someone show competance while working out? It’s so simple but I don’t know how to awnser it ?

They show competence by striving through their workout.

It is more of a strategic way of going about things.They have their mind set on what they want to accomplish in the workout .MOST IMPORTANTLY: THEY ARE EFFIECENT AND PRODUCTIVE WITH THEIR TIME WHICH IS THE DEFINTION OF HAVING COMPETANCE OR BEING COMPETENT

Do something that you are good at. Like lifting weights or bench pressing. This is because competance means the ability to do something successfully or efficiently.
