I say use a pad. They are easier, and a lot... cleaner. XD This is awkward for me. Lol. Anyway, use a pad on heavy days and use a panty liner on the lighter days. Now, if you want to use a tampon, that's totally up to you. In fact, this is all up to you. I'm just stating my opinion on what to use. Just use whatever you feel comfortable with. (Though, it's hard to be comfortable during a period. XD)
