In todays generation, acts of violence can be seen anywhere. It can be seen on social medias, televisions, etc. It can also be seen on schools like bullying and unnecessary actions made by the teachers and other students. Acts of violence can be also seen inside your home.

People need to distract themselves with actitives. they can also find a natural high. an example would be eating alot of meat. that meat can release dopamine to the brain which gives one a natural high feeling.
