Explain how the heat index and the wind chill index are similar and different.

Windchill is a measure of how cold it feels when exposed to cold temperatures and wind. The windchill temperature is also a measure of how quickly someone may get frostbite. Heat Index, on the other hand, uses air temperature and humidity to determine the temperature the body feels on very hot days.

Explanation:

1. Heat Index plays a major important role in deciding the climatic conditions  of each persons life.it also combines temperature and humidity together as a very good balance.

2. The opposite of the heat index is the wind chill temperature. It measures how cold it feels outdoors when wind speed is factored in with the actual air temperature.yes,studying these both are just opposite from my point of view
