2. "Filmmakers attempt to create films"
3. "A film must show a BIPOC"

Explanation:

Usually when you see a Passive voice sentence, it will include the word "by" and the forms of "are, was, were..."

Here are a few examples:

Passive voice:

The dog was walked by Joe.

The mail was retrieved by the homeowner.

Films are attempted to be created by the filmmakers.

Active voice:

Joe walked the dog.

The homeowner retrieved the mail.

Filmmakers attempt to create films.

When you use passive voice, you need to wait til the end of the sentence to find out who's doing the action.

So, I believe all of the phrases are in the Active voice, but, if I am incorrect, correct me please. I'm sure this should be right.
