After Romeo and Juliet die, who else dies because of a “broken heart"?

 Lady Montague died because of a "broken heart", in the play Shakespeare uses this kind of as a metaphor since you can't really die from this. She really most likely died of a heart attack which can be caused due to extreme stress and she was for sure under a lot of stress from what had happened.
