It was dark when i entered the house, I heard a creak upstairs. "MOM is that you" I screamed.I heard no response, petrified I fled out of the house looking for some shelter to put my self at ease in. Finally I found a dark black shed, I walked inside and hid behind some tools.

   It was dark when I entered the house. It smelled of damp wood and dry grass. I began to whistle the familiar tune of my favorite song, the notes danced in the air all around me in the quietness of the old house. I went into the old bedroom and just stood there, for I could not see anything except for the silhouette of the creature in the corner of the room. I suddenly stopped whistling halfway throughout the song, due to my fright. It began suddenly, but surely, I could hear the last notes of my song. A moment later, it all went black.
