Vehicles begin to arrive at a parking lot at 8:10 am at a constant rate of 6 veh/min until 8:25 am. There is no arrival from 8:25 am to 8:30 am. The flow rate after 8:30 am is 3 veh/min. The parking lot opens at 8:00 A. M. and vehicles can be processed at a constant rate of 1 vehicle every 15 seconds. Assuming deterministic (D/D/1) queuing, answer the following questions and show your results graphically:
a. when does the queue clear?
b. what is the longest queue and when does this occur?
c. what is the queue at 8:30 A. M.? [d. (3 points)] what is the maximum delay?
