Look at the following chemical equation. 2 As + 6 NaOH → 2 Na3AsO3 + 2 H2

Is this a balanced chemical equation?

A. No, because the reactants contain more hydrogen (H) atoms than the products
B. No, because the reactants contain more oxygen (O) atoms than the products
C. Yes, because the mass of the reactants is equal to the mass of the products
D. Yes, because the reactants contain the same number of arsenic (As) atoms as the products

I understand that it indeed isn't but the answer choices are confusing me.
