What is the advantage of an organizational structure that is unstructured and informal?

An organization with unstructured and informal may seem weird and awkward at first. But it has its own advantages. Being informal means that the employees are not needes to get tense in the presence of their managers. They can be friendly. There is no overwhelming feeling among everyone. Therefore, all employees will be like a bunch who know each other inside out and they can work together more efficiently. All the decisions are made without any clash of opinions and a general agreement is obtained. If the market is changing rapidly, then each other can help themselves and there will be more of a less affect on the organization. And it is more flexible. It can change into whatever the market needs. Managers might not get overwhelmed while taking the decisions. If required, they can make any changes to become a complex structure than the formal organization faster.
