Jacob entered into a contract with Bob to plow snow off his parking lot. Language in the contract requires Bob to plot within 2 hours of the snowfall ending, because he caters special events and cannot be denied access to the lot. Yesterday, it snowed and Bob failed to plot the lot. When Jacob arrives at the restaurant the next day, neither he or his crew can enter due to the high levels of snow and ice. The delivery trucks that arrive to begin taking the platters out, cannot enter the lot either. Jacob calls Bob to complain and Bob sends a crew over 3 hours later.
