There are few industries that have such a wide range of salaries as the entertainment industry. salaries spread from those for the "dollar a holler" commercial voiceovers to the multi-million dollar movie stars. obviously there is little in hollywood.

The answer is pay equity. Pay equity goes further than the notion of equal pay for equal work. It states that people in jobs that have need of similar levels of education, training, or skills should be given equal pay for the jobs they are doing. This also focuses on determining whether the distribution of resources is reasonable to both relational partners.
