Nutrition is a broad topic and can relate to many things.  For example, one thing you can talk about is how poor nutrition leads to obesity, and how you need to help your body to stay strong and be able to maintain a healthy condition by having a good diet.  You can also add how having a poor eating habit be detrimental to you and your body.
