What if there were 2000 seeds and 1100 produced white-fruited plants & 900 yellow-fruited? are these results statistically significant? explain using chi-square analysis

As explained above, white plants are Heterozygous and the out come is around 50/50. What this indicates is  that yellow fruited plants are most likely homozygous recessive to give you the almost 50/50 outcome.
