A baseball pitcher has pain in the back of his arm after practice with no trauma
to the arm. No pain when he brings his hand up toward his shoulder or when
he keeps his arm straight and raises it over his head or when he brings his
arm back down and behind him. There is no point tenderness noted
anywhere on the front of his elbow or forearm. Pont tenderness was noted on
the back of his elbow, on the medial side when in anatomical position.
(what bone and bone part are there?) Pain was made worse with extension of
the forearm at the elbow.
