1. A secretary with front chest pain comes in showing no signs of trauma. Her blood pressure and vitals are within normal limits. She does have pain with
raising her arm up over her head. Breathing is difficult. There is point
tenderness when the coracoid process of the scapula is palpated. She feel tight
and sore when she moves her arms behind her.
a) Can you rewrite the above (the parts that are underlined) using anatomical

b) What muscle(s) is/are affected?
What exercise/movements can he do, to help strengthen the area?
