Prokaryotic cell:

The prokaryotic cell is do not contain the nucleus and lacks the membrane bound organelle. The prokaryotes have 70'S ribosomes. They do not have introns in their mRNA. Transcription and translation is coupled in the prokaryotes.

Eukaryotic cell:

The eukaryotic cell contains the well defined nucleus and the membrane bound organelle is present. The eukaryotes have 80'S ribosomes. They  have introns in their mRNA. Transcription takes place in nucleus and translation takes place cytoplasm in the eukaryotes.
