Hello guys I am A student who is always sleeping just like 1 or 2 hours per day.
At night when I go to sleep, I don't know why but I couldn't sleep.
If I started to sleep at 12 am, I woke up at 1 am. So I try to sleep again, but also I woke up at 3 am.
Always I sleep like that. So my body feel really tired and sleepy in the morning.
Also at the school too. When I am taking the class in the school, it was really hard to stay awake.
I don't know what to do about my sleeping style, and what I need to do when I feel really sleepy in the morning and taking the class.

Guys please help me. I really want to rest when I am sleeping.
