Example:
Medicus: Salvus (healthy) sis (salvus sis = salvė; a greeting), rēx praeclƤre!

Carolus Magnus: Salvƫ, medice!
Medicus: Utinam possis per multos annos bene valēre et rex Francorum esse!
Carolus Magnus: Prő certo ero. Cur hoc dicis?
Medicus: Corpus tuum non iam est forte et febribus corripitur. Consilia bona tibi dabo. Ita corpus curăre poteris. Audiās!
Carolus Magnus: Audiamus (kings sometimes talk in the plural to enhance their majesty)! Dicās ea quae dicere cupis.
Medicus: lam carnes assas comedere non debes, sed tantum carnes ēlixās.
Carolus Magnus: Verba tua odio habeo. Noli mě docērel Ego enim sum rex Francorum. Fuglās nunc! Nam ira mea est terribilis.
