What is this difference between these two (and put it in Japanese as well) So I'm having trouble with these two different sentences,

1: "It is 8:15 right now."
and
2: "It is exactly 8:15."

Can you please put it in Japanese (with the English translation next to which sentence it is) so I can finally understand what I'm doing wrong?
