Explain how haitian creole developed.

The Haitian Creole is one of the numerous Creole languages that have developed in the past few centuries. The Haitian Creole is a mixture of multiple languages, merged into one interesting, vibrant, language, in which every culture that had its impact on the island is represented.

The Spanish elements are present because of the initial Spanish influence. The French later one had the island under their control, so they left their mark as well. In meantime, lot of African slaves were brought, and they too left their mark on the language with their African languages, and of course, the indigenous people of the island with their language had their say in the matter. So, all of those mixed overtime, and created a unique language that nowadays is known as Haitian Creole.

Haitian Creole was pidginized due to the mixture of different Western  African languages, which were brought or spoken by the enslaved in Haiti's plantation. The pidgin has not yet developed as a native language in the plantation; however, the enslaved Western  Africans used it for communication.
