You have been well protected and looked after by your parents or family
members up to now. You are about to enter a new chapter in your life as you are
preparing for the world of work or studying at a HEI. These changes can be quite
overwhelming and some of your friends might not be able to cope with these
changes or what is also known as a transition period in their lives.
You have been tasked to advise your friends on coping skills and suggestions on
