أيها الناس 1-هيهاتَ هيهاتَ أهلكَ الناسَ الأمانيٌّ : قولٌ بلا عملٍ ، ومعرفةٌ بغير صبرٍ ، وإيمانٌ بلا يقين ، مالي أرى رجالاً ولا أرى عقولاً ! وأسمع حسيساً ولا أرى أنيساً ! دخل القومُ والله ثم خرجوا ، وعرفوا ثم أنكروا ، وحرَّموا ثم استَحَلُّوا ، إنما دينُ أحدِكم لعقةٌ على لسانه ، إذا سُئِل أمؤمنٌ أنت بيوم الحساب ؟ قال: نعم ! كذَبَ ومالكِ يومِ الدين 2- إن من أخلاق المؤمن قوةً في دين ، وإيمانًا في يقين ، وعلمًا في حِلم ، وحِلمًا بعلم ، وكيْسًا في رفق ، وتحمُّلاً في فاقة ، وقصداً في غنى ، وعطاءً في الحقوق ، وإنصافاً في الاستقامة ، لا يحيفُ على من يُبْغِضُ ، ولا يَأْثمُ في مساعدة من يُحِبُّ ، لا يهمزُ ولا يغمزُ ولا يلمزُ ، ولا يلغو ولا يلهو ولا يلعبُ ، ولا يَشْمَتُ بالفجيعة إن نزلت بغيره ، ولا يُسَرُّ بالمعصية إذا نزلت بسواه . 3-المؤمن في الصلاة خاشعٌ ، وإلى الركوع مسارعٌ ، قولُه شفاءٌ ، وصبرُه تُقى ، وسكوتُه فكرةٌ ، ونَظَرُهُ عِبرةٌ ، يخالطُ العلماءَ ليعلمَ ، ويسكتٌ بينهم ليسلمَ ، ويتكلمُ ليغنمَ ، وإن سَفِه عليه حَلِم ، وإن ظُلِم صبر ، وإن جِيرَ عليه عَدَل ( بين" لا يهمز ولا يغمز " في الفقرة الثانية ) *
