My dad left me how do I get him back

it depends on why he left. Mostly dads leave because they are selfish and don’t care about their children or spouse/partner, and if that’s the case, there’s no getting him back. Sometimes dads leave because they need to learn how to truly love before they can have people love them, and that could be short term or long term. Chances are, he’s not coming back that way either. If he left for another reason, chances of him coming back are very, very low.

You may see that in all of the scenarios I suggested, the chances of the father returning are low. That’s OK. You don’t need a father to see that you are loved. Your other parent loved you so much, their love is so much more than you can comprehend. Your other family members love you as well. Just because your father was too much of an to take care of you, doesn’t mean you don’t deserve a dad and doesn’t mean you did anything wrong. If he blames you, SHUT HIM OUT. You know he’s wrong. You are loved, you are worthy, and you à have so many other people who love you. Don’t let him ruin your life. If he never comes back, that’s totally fine. YOU ARE ❤️D.
