Evaluate the effectiveness and ineffectiveness of scholar patrol

Well, this question is quite cotroversial, but personally, I would say that Scholar Patrol has more advantages that disadvandages. According to the purpose of Scholar Patrol this thing provides parents with the safety for their kinds while being on the road. It has fixed routes so that every child won't be late at school as well as parents won't be fired because of being late on their jobs. The only bad thing that could happen - is an accident so that many kids can be injured at the same time.
