i travel everywhere with my family, but sometimes i go places on my own as well. when traveling alone i always try to find the best souvenirs and gifts to bring home for my loved ones. i remember once touring washington, d. c the nations capital. i learned countless facts about our country and history of our forefathers when i was there. washington, d. c. had so much to offer from monuments to museums and parks to shopping malls you name it. my favorite place to go to was the national mall, this mall is nothing compared to the malls in mississippi. the national mall has everything and there were so many nice things to pick from, i thought this was the perfect place to gift shop for my loved ones. i purchased a green keychain for my mother, a white hat for my brother, a red keychain for my sister, pearl earrings for my grandmother and 2 other gifts for my aunt and niece. i could not wait to return home and hand out all of their gifts. washington was really nice and i learned so many interesting things i definitely want to go back.

Mi lugar favorito para ir a era el National Mall, este centro comercial es nada comparado con los centros comerciales en Mississippi. El National Mall tiene todo y había muchas cosas buenas para elegir, pensé que era el lugar perfecto para tienda de regalos para mis seres queridos. Compré un llavero verde para mi madre, un sombrero blanco para mi hermano, un llavero rojo para mi hermana, pendientes de la perla para mi abuela y otros 2 regalos para mi tía y sobrina. No podía esperar a regresar a casa y entregar todos sus regalos. Washington fue muy agradable y aprendí muchas cosas interesantes que sin duda quiero volver.
