The first question:  

"Quien es la maestra?"

means "who is the teacher?" the answer here would be the name of your teacher, suppose that is Julia; so:

¿Quién es la maestra?

En la clase de espáñol la maestra es Julia.

¿Qué necesitas para la clase de español?

This means; "what things do you need for the Spanish class?"

here you need to do a list of 4 objects that you need in Spanish class:

For example, a pencil, a notebook, a Spanish textbook, and an eraser

where pencil in spanish is "lapiz", notebook is "cuaderno", spanish textbook is "libro de español", and eraser is "borrador".

then the answer is:

En la clase de español, necesito un lapiz, un cuaderno, el libro de español y un borrador.

Where I included the articles "un" that means "a"

"un lapiz" = "a pencil"

"el" that means "the"

"el libro de español" = "the Spanish textbook"
